For the past 12 years, I have been working at Kaseya then Datto, consulting with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT Departments clients to ensure they were getting the most out their RMM tool by delivering health checks, training, implementation, develop custom reports and scripts.

Before this, I have worked for an Internet Service Provider (ISP) where we built a Data Centre in London Docklands from scratch and gained experience running both a Support Desk and Network Operations Center (NOC). I also have worked for an Application Service Provider (ASP) where I was responsible for all operations and tech support, I believe was the first company providing RMM Software as a Service (SaaS).

I’m looking for opportunities, where I can make an impact on the business improving product, services, sales or customer success. I can analyse data from various resources to provide better metrics and reports. Improve product and services based on best practices I acquired having years of experience working with MSPs and IT Departments. Assist sales and marketing, providing technical account management, proof of concepts, content for webinars and business strategies.

Senior Success Consultant • Aug 2018 – May 2020 • Providing consultancy for an RMM software company based in London.
Key Projects & Accomplishments:
  • Develop Datto RMM health checks to reduce churn and increase product adoption.

  • Provide content for Datto RMM Best Practice webinars, to increase sales.

  • Analyse webinar statistics and the impact it has on customer health score.

  • Implement Datto RMM strategic customers remotely and onsite, in the UK and NL

Technical Manager • January 2002 – March 2005 • Develop new products and provide pre-sales for a rack mountable server manufacture in Southampton.
Key Projects & Accomplishments:
  • Developing a new solution called Sentral-PC, alias “split client” by taking away the PC from the Desktop and placing it into a secure server environment. Keyboard, mouse, and monitor are extended using Desktop Extension Technology utilizing existing networking infrastructure.

  • Producing a four-person, coin-operated, gaming station allowing players to interactive play online “first-person shooter” games.

  • Designed a load balancing appliance, based on the Linux Virtual Server Project.

  • Providing Pre-Sales for Sentral-PC product and the Altiris Deployment server.

Technical Support Manager • April 1999 – December 2001 • Responsibilities involved managing a technical support team, in charge of networks and systems for an ISP in the heart of Leicester.
Key Projects & Accomplishments:
  • Managing 2nd line Support Team providing services such as domain transfers, email and web hosting, dedicated servers and administration of the internal network.

  • Designing and maintain Data Centre, with UPS and Generator, hosting 100+ servers and 5000+ users.

  • Maintaining backbone, customers leased lines, ISDN and PSTN lines and DSL connections.

  • Established first off SDSL Network in Leicester, providing 2Mbps leased lines using Digital Subscriber Line technology.
