For the past 12 years, I have been working at Kaseya then Datto, consulting with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT Departments clients to ensure they were getting the most out their RMM tool by delivering health checks, training, implementation, develop custom reports and scripts.
Before this, I have worked for an Internet Service Provider (ISP) where we built a Data Centre in London Docklands from scratch and gained experience running both a Support Desk and Network Operations Center (NOC). I also have worked for an Application Service Provider (ASP) where I was responsible for all operations and tech support, I believe was the first company providing RMM Software as a Service (SaaS).
I’m looking for opportunities, where I can make an impact on the business improving product, services, sales or customer success. I can analyse data from various resources to provide better metrics and reports. Improve product and services based on best practices I acquired having years of experience working with MSPs and IT Departments. Assist sales and marketing, providing technical account management, proof of concepts, content for webinars and business strategies.
