As an independent consultant, I am available to assess how well your Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) is working for your business and provide recommendations to ensure you are making the most of your investment. For the past 12 years, I have been working at Kaseya and then Datto, consulting with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT Departments clients, to ensure they were getting the most out their RMM tool by delivering health checks, training, implementation and develop custom reports and scripts.

IT automation is the use of instructions to create a repeated process that replaces an IT Professional’s manual work, but it requires that someone has the time and skills to create the IT automation you desire.
If you don’t have the skills in-house or do not have the time to add an additional project, I can help develop your scripts or train your staff. Scripting can be very powerful, especially when you already have an RMM tool as you automate your on-boarding, keep applications up to date, collect data from the end-points and proactively monitor your systems and network.
